Christmas Menu’s 2018

Traditional Luncheon Menu @ £14.95 per person

Starters:

  • Roasted parsnip with honey drizzle soup
  • Seafood Cocktail
  • Vegetable Terrine,crusty bread and tomato chutney

Main Courses:

  • Traditional Roasted Turkey with all the trimmings
  • Roasted Pork Belly with Dijon sauce
  • Mixed vegetable gnocchi bound in a cream cheese and sun blush tomato sauce
  • Main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Desserts:

  • Traditional Christmas Pudding and Brandy sauce
  • Fresh Apple Pie and Vanilla cream

The luncheon menu can also be served at Dinner for £19.95 per person

Dinner Menu A @ £24.95 per person

Starters

  • Duck and Chinese Vegetable Spring Roll Served with a Sweet Chilli Sauce and Coriander Salad
  • Winter Vegetable Broth with barley
  • Lemon and Herb Roasted Salmon Medallions on a Caesar Salad with a Lime Dressing

Main Courses

  • Pan Fried Turkey Escalope Topped with Crispy Bacon, Red onion marmalade edged with a white wine and mushroom sauce
  • Olive Oil and Rosemary Roasted Lamb Fillet with a rich red wine glaze
  • Aubergine, Leek, Pepper and Mozzarella Stack with a Piquant Drizzle
  • Main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Sweet

  • Christmas Pudding Tartlet served with a Warm Vanilla Cream
  • Chocolate covered Caramelised Apple with Cinnamon and grated Chocolate

Dinner Menu B @ £24.95 per person

Starters

  • King Prawn Caesar Salad
  • Roasted Parsnip Soup
  • Vegetable terrine set on a herb salad with a Grain Mustard Vinaigrette

Main Course

  • Roasted Turkey Breast served with a Sage and Onion Stuffing, Bacon Wrapped Chipolata and a light jus
  • Baked Haddock fillet with a roasted garlic and shallot compote
  • Herb infused Roasted Vegetables presented in a tortilla nest and drizzled with a sun blushed tomato dressing
  • Main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Dessert

  • Individual Christmas Pudding and brandy sauce
  • Chocolate Ganache

A British and Continental Cheese Board served with Biscuits, Grapes and Celery can be added to the menus @ £2.95 per head + Vat or Seasonal Fresh Fruit and Dates @ £2.50 per head + Vat.
